Hi
I have twittered & my favorite veg, if i had to choose just one would be ASPARAGUS. Although as the season changes so does my first choice, but currently Asparagus tops the list for me.
Fingers crossed

My favourite vegetable - a hard question, so many great ones to choose from. I think at the end of the day it would have to be the humble potato. Versatile and the base for so much food. I can't imagine being without it.

Have tweeted you. My favourite vegetable has to be the humble spud. Poor spuds, derided in veg world because for its high calories, but so versatile.

For a vegetarian trying to eat more seasonally, this is my ideal prize (please think of me giveaway fairy!). I've spent ages thinking about what my favourite vegetable is and I've narrowed it to two (sorry, can't possibly choose one!) - the onion (well, how many meals start with an onion?) and asparagus (English and so so gorgeous!)

Difficult to say a favourite cos I like them all. Easier to say my least favourite is chard BUT it is pretty to grow in the garden. Yellow peppers are great for taking in the car to nibble on a hot day as they are very juicy.

We have an allotment but never have enough vegetables, my favorite is turnips.

I love mushrooms. I believe they contain natural glutamates, which bring out the flavour of the food. They seem to be a love or hate thing :)
