Sticking to a healthy New Year's resolution has suddenly been made much easier with this bumper give-away. The first of the year.
Pebble soup has teamed up with TOTAL Greek Yoghurt to give one reader the chance of winning a healthy start up pack.
The lucky winner will receive:

The winner will be chosen by an online randomiser. I will contact you if you have won, and pass your land address to TOTAL who will be dispatching your prize.

    My tip to keep myself in shape is keeping active, especially while on holiday! It makes such a difference. Also making sure I drink enough water, it's crucial for my wellbeing!

  21. To stop me snacking to keep me trim I always drink a glass of water whenever I feel hungry, just to check Im not thirsty, 9 times out of 10 I'm thirsty not hungry, saving me from loads of unhealthy snacking calories!! xx
