South African Banquet -part two- Now that I know a little more about South African food I would love to share my newly acquired knowledge with you.

I don't know anything much about South African food, apart from biltong and braai. I spent some time in Holland, so I don't know if shares some history. It's always interesting when you start with a whole new list of ingredients and different techniques :)

I can't say that I've ever thought about South African food, but I can imagine it could be quite flavoursome. Love trying new things, so thanks for the giveaway!

I may be young but i love experimenting with my cooking.. i havent tried any South African dishes as of yet but you never know, i may just be good at it!! It will be intresting to see what it turns out like :)

I have to be honest, I love cooking and I'm very interested in food - but pretty ignorant about south african cooking. Even more of a reason why I would LOVE to win this!

My partner worked in Madagascar and SA for 3 months last year and he said the food was amazing, i myself have no idea but the way he speaks of it is fantastic!x

My favourite South African meal is Potjiekos. Simple to make, tasty and totally South African.

Use whatever you have available and what is in season.

Best cooked on a barbecue on a beautiful South African Summer evening.

I don't know anything about South African food, but it sounds interesting! I have a friend visiting there right now and he ate zebra and crocodile, very exotic to me here!
