I'd make a toffee pavlova and cover it with fresh whipped cream and and chocolate curls!

Since I have chronic arthritis, I like using balloon whisks to do things like sauces. Don't think I could get stuff peak egg whites with a hand whisk though. Imagine that!
I'd use the whisk to make a thick super rich real chocolate loaded hot chocolate, then post the recipe on my blog after for all to enjoy. :)

I recent completed a gluten free baking course at evening class and one of the best cakes was a gluten free lemon drizzle cake - so I'd make that again using Heston's whisk :-)
