You've reminded me to ask my mum for the recipe for this. Cheese pudding. I know it's got breadcrumbs, eggs and cheese, and baked in the oven. We used to have it with roast potatoes and a veg, tasty and cheap.

My mum always made potato hash and still does to this day. I recreated it for my hubby and kids, my hubby loved but daughter announced that it was "food for a pauper" and refused to eat it! I think i may have spoilt my kids a bit!...

My mum always made chicken and red rice - basically a tomato risotto baked in the oven. It's a really simple dish, but delicious - and I make it for my kids now :)
